Scope
One Thirteen (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in the United States, operates Moneyminder. This policy applies to the Moneyminder app, its launch waitlist, and related Moneyminder pages on the One Thirteen website.
Moneyminder is currently in development. We will update this policy before release if its data practices change.
Your financial records
Moneyminder may store expenses, deposits, amounts, dates, categories, notes, budgets, savings goals, contribution history, and preferences that you choose to enter. These records are designed to remain on your device unless you intentionally use a feature that syncs or shares them.
Moneyminder is not a bank and does not connect to or move money through your financial accounts. One Thirteen does not sell your financial records or use them for advertising.
Optional Pigzel AI
Pigzel AI is an optional feature that is off by default. If you enable and invoke it, selected savings-goal information is sent to OpenRouter so an AI model can generate an analysis. Moneyminder reduces precision, removes direct identifiers, limits dates to month and year, and sends only the information needed for the request.
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as financial advice. OpenRouter and the selected model provider may process request data under their own policies. No Pigzel AI data is sent when the feature is disabled.
Waitlist and website
If you join the Moneyminder waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and use it for launch and product updates. Loops processes the signup and sends those messages on our behalf. You can unsubscribe using the control included in a message.
Our website may also process basic operational information needed to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate use, such as request timestamps, browser or device category, referring page, and IP-derived general location.
Sharing and providers
If Moneyminder offers shared goals, information is shared only with people or services you select. You are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and for information they retain after receiving it.
- Apple: app distribution, platform services, and any in-app purchase processing.
- Loops: waitlist processing and product email delivery.
- OpenRouter and model providers: processing an AI request only when you use Pigzel AI.
- Infrastructure providers: limited website hosting, security, and operational processing.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
- Records stored on your device remain until you delete them or remove the app.
- Waitlist and website analytics data is retained for no longer than 24 months after your last interaction, unless you request deletion sooner or law requires longer retention.
- Purchase records may be retained by Apple as described in its policies.
- Third-party processing for Pigzel AI is governed by the providers involved in the request.
Security and your choices
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is perfectly secure. Protect your device and avoid entering information you do not want stored there.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we control. Submit a request through our contact form. We may need to verify your request, and we cannot retrieve records that exist only on your device.
Children, changes, and contact
Moneyminder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may revise this policy as the app or applicable requirements change; the date above will identify the latest version.
