Acceptance
These Terms are an agreement between you and One Thirteen (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using Moneyminder, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where it applies. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Moneyminder for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Moneyminder on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s usage rules.
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate law or another person’s rights, or copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Your records and sharing
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of expenses, deposits, goals, notes, budgets, and other records you enter. Moneyminder is not a system of record for a bank, tax authority, employer, or regulator.
If you share a goal or other information, you are responsible for choosing the recipient and confirming that you have permission to share it. A recipient may retain a copy after you stop sharing.
No financial advice
Moneyminder is an organizational tool, not a bank, payment processor, accountant, financial adviser, broker, or tax or legal service. It does not move money or guarantee savings, investment, credit, tax, or other outcomes.
Calculations, budgets, projections, insights, and reminders may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important information independently and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Pigzel AI
Pigzel AI is optional and uses third-party AI services. AI-generated content can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is provided for general informational purposes and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Do not rely on AI output for a consequential decision without independent review. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit and how you use the response.
Purchases and providers
If paid features are offered, Apple processes the transaction and its purchase, billing, refund, and subscription rules apply. Current pricing and terms are displayed before purchase. One Thirteen does not receive your full payment-card details.
Moneyminder may depend on Apple, OpenRouter, AI model providers, and other services. Their terms govern your direct use of their services, and we are not responsible for their independent operation or availability.
Availability and termination
Moneyminder is in development. Features, compatibility, pricing, and release plans may change, and we do not promise that every previewed feature will ship. We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app.
We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. You may end this agreement by discontinuing use and deleting the app.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneyminder is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Thirteen and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, savings, or opportunities arising from your use of Moneyminder. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Governing law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
We may revise these Terms as Moneyminder or applicable requirements change. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
